What if I never received my Card?
1. If your Card has not been received, login to studentadvantage.com and click on "My Account."
2. Check the Card and Merchandise Status to see where the Card was shipped to and the date it was sent.
3. After 15 business days, contact Card Services at info@studentadvantage.com to have it resent.

At times mail systems can take up to 21 days to deliver your product. If you are within that time frame, please wait to ensure delivery does not happen. Please provide your full name and shipping address when contacting Card Services.

What if my Card is lost or stolen?
If your Card was lost or stolen, contact us at info@studentadvantage.com to have one reissued to you. A replacement fee of $7.50, which includes shipping and handling, will apply.

How can I access My Account?
To access your account settings, log into studentadvantage.com using your Card number or e-mail address and password. Once you have entered the site, select "My Account" from the top of the page in the header. Enter the e-mail that you provided during enrollment, which serves as your login. Enter the password you provided during enrollment and click "Continue" to sign into My Account.

How do I print my temporary Card?
To access your temporary Card, log into studentadvantage.com using your Card number or e-mail address and password. Once you have entered the site, select "My Account" from the top of the page in the header. Enter the e-mail that you provided during enrollment, which serves as your login. Enter the password you provided during enrollment and click "Continue" to sign into My Account. Proceed by clicking on
"Temporary Card". A printable version of your temporary Card will appear.

How do I redeem my rebate?
If you are eligible for a rebate, the enrollment confirmation page and enrollment confirmation e-mail you receive will have rebate instructions. The enrollment confirmation e-mail may take several hours to arrive. If several hours have passed and you have not received the enrollment confirmation e-mail, please check your junk or bulk mail folders. If you have not received the enrollment confirmation e-mail, please contact Card Services at info@studentadvantage.com for rebate instructions.

What if I forgot my login/password?
E-mail Card Services at info@studentadvantage.com if you do not know your login or password. Provide your full name as it appears on your Card and your address so that a Card Services representative can access your account. We will then send the information back to the e-mail address that you sent the request from.

How do I change my shipping address?
To update your shipping address, log into studentadvantage.com using your Card number or e-mail address and password. Once you have entered the site, select "My Account" from the top of the page in the header. Enter the e-mail that you have provided during enrollment, which serves as your login. Enter the password you provided during enrollment and click "Continue" to sign into My Account. Proceed by clicking on "Address Book". You can then change your shipping address, as well as your permanent address.

If you recently placed an order, updating your shipping address does not guarantee that the recently purchased Card will be shipped to the new address. If you must update your shipping address for a recent order, please contact Card Services within 24 hours. An agent will attempt to update your information before the Card is shipped.

How do I subscribe to Student Advantage e-mails?
You can sign up for Student Advantage e-mails during the enrollment or activation process. If you are already a Cardholder, you can receive the e-mails by changing your Communication Settings in "My Account" or by e-mailing Card Services at info@studentadvantage.com.

Also, ensure that you receive Student Advantage emails in your inbox by adding info@studentadvantage.com to your address book or approved senders.

How do I unsubscribe from e-mails?
You can receive the e-mails by changing your Communication Settings in "My Account." It may take up to
seven (7) business days to fully update our system with your new Communication Settings.

What if I cannot view Student Advantage e-mails?
CLICK HERE if you are having trouble viewing the e-mails sent to you by Student Advantage.

What if I have trouble using search?
As we continue to build the Student Advantage Discount Program, it may take some time for all categories to display discounts in every zip code and radius. If you receive an error message while searching studentadvantage.com, please contact Card Services at info@studentadvantage.com and provide information about the issue you may have encountered. We appreciate your help with addressing possible technical problems and serving our Cardholders.
