What if a merchant is not accepting the Card?
If a merchant is currently listed on studentadvantage.com or displaying a Student Advantage "Accepted Here" sticker, CLICK HERE to report non-acceptance of the posted Student Advantage discount. We appreciate your help with addressing possible redemption problems and serving our Cardholders.

Can I add merchants to the discount program?
CLICK HERE to tell us about a merchant you would like added to the Student Advantage program.

What if I am having trouble with an online discount?
If you encounter any issues while redeeming an online discount, please be sure to review "Offer Details" on the partner profile page located on studentadvantage.com. If problem persists, e-mail Card Services at info@studentadvantage.com to report the issue.
