What if I never received my Card?
If your Card has not been received, login to your account online. Check the
Card and Merchandise Status to see where the Card was shipped to and the date it was sent. If it
has been more than 15 business days, contact Card Services at info@studentadvantage.com
to have it resent. At times mail systems can take up to 21 days to deliver your product. If you are
within that time frame, please wait to ensure delivery does not happen.
What if my Card is lost or stolen?

and have one reissued to you. The cost for a replacement Card is $7.50
How can I access My Account?
To access your account, visit www.studentadvantage.com.
Enter your Card number and click on "Shop Now." Once you have entered the site, select "My Account" from
the top of the page in the header. Enter the e-mail that you have provided us on your application, which
serves as your login. Also enter your password and click "Continue" to login.
How do I print my temporary Card?
Visit www.studentadvantage.com and
select "My Account". Enter your login and password and proceed by clicking on "Temporary Card". A
printable version of your temporary Card will appear.
What if I forgot my login/password?
E-mail Card Services at info@studentadvantage.com
if you do not know your login or password. Provide your full name as it appears on your Card and your
address so that a Card Services representative can access your account. We will then send the information
back to the e-mail address that you sent the request from.
How do I change my shipping address?
Visit www.studentadvantage.com and
select "My Account". Enter your login and password and proceed by clicking on "Address Book". You can
then change your shipping address, as well as your permanent address.
How do I subscribe/unsubscribe from receiving emails from Student Advantage?
You can sign up for Student Advantage e-mails during the enrollment or activation
process. If you are already a Cardholder, you can receive the e-mails by changing your Communication
Settings in "My Account" or by e-mailing Card Services at info@studentadvantage.com.
What if I cannot view the e-mails that Student Advantage sends me?

e-mails sent to you by Student Advantage.
