Sales & Marketing Intern
Essential Duties Include:
  • Develop/re-develop local business relationships through mailings and outbound calling campaigns
  • Assist in creating and distributing sales materials to recruit new businesses and up-sell existing partners into premium marketing initiatives
  • Increase Cardholder membership, promote Student Advantage Card on campus
  • General office duties as required
Other Opportunities:
Additional sales and promotional opportunities may include:
  • Recruit new affiliate partners
  • Assess the effectiveness of merchant programs
  • Create and implement individual promotional events
  • Participate in community vendor events
  • Supply universities with relevant marketing materials
Qualification Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat plus
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong time-management, organizational, and communications skills a must
Education and/or Experience:
  • High School Diploma required
  • 1 or more years of college
Compensation:
  • For credit internships allowed
  • Non-paid internship opportunity
  • Compensation opportunities available based on sales performance
