the appointments of Kevin Roche to Vice President, Human
Resources, Laurie Jamieson to General Counsel and John Blake
to Vice President, Corporate Partnerships & Integrated Sales.
The addition of these experienced veterans increases the
depth of Student Advantage's management team as the company
continues to grow at a rapid pace. In his role as Vice President,
Human Resources, Kevin Roche will be responsible for the
development of long-term strategies for human resources
management. As General Counsel, Laurie Jamieson will be
in charge of overseeing all legal matters, including contract
and business review, preparation of securities law filings
and support for investor relations and business development.
In the position of Vice President, Corporate Partnerships
& Integrated Sales, John Blake will be responsible for driving
overall revenue growth and leading national integrated sales
initiatives across all Student Advantage properties.

Kevin Roche brings over 12 years of human resources experience
to Student Advantage. Most recently, Roche held a variety
of human resources positions during a six-year tenure at
Reebok International Ltd. As Corporate Director, Human Resources,
Roche was responsible for directing and implementing corporate
human resources policies and procedures within Reebok's
Global Operating Regions of Europe, Asia, Latin America,
North America and Emerging Markets. Roche also served as
Human Resources Manager, providing consultative human resources
services to over 600 employees in the areas of corporate
functions, global research, design and development, worldwide
sourcing and logistics and Latin American sales and marketing
operations. Before joining Reebok, Roche held positions
at Praxis International Inc. and Raytheon Service Company.
Laurie Jamieson joins Student Advantage from Wang Global,
formerly Wang Laboratories. As Assistant General Counsel
for Wang, Jamieson was part of the senior management team
that engineered the emergence of Wang from a U.S.-based
$700 million business in 1995 to a global business with
over $5 billion in revenue in 1999. While at Wang, her duties
included overseeing all public filings, including mergers
and acquisitions, and providing support for business development
and the company's Latin American operations. Prior to Wang,
Jamieson was an attorney at the Boston law firm of Testa,
Hurwitz & Thibeault LLP, specializing in venture-backed
equity and debt transactions. She has also provided support
for high-tech and bio-technology companies from start-up
stages through IPO.
John Blake has over 15 years of leadership experience at
fast growing private and public companies in the Internet,
Media and Publishing markets. As Co-Founder/Vice President
of myteam.com, a youth sports community site, Blake led
advertising and sponsorship product definition and sales,
and served various roles in market development, strategic
planning, and product marketing. Prior to myteam.com, Blake
held numerous executive level P&L management positions at
Ziff Davis, an information technology trade publisher and
media company. Over his 12-year tenure at Ziff Davis as
Vice President/Publishing Director, Group Publisher, Group
Associate Publisher, Advertising Director and Regional Manager,
he oversaw the business operations, marketing and media
sales of franchise publications, and lead the repositioning
and transformation of a legacy business unit as well as
a newly launched publication. Before joining Ziff Davis,
Blake held various positions at Dunn & Bradstreet's Donnelly
Information Publishing division and at Datacom Systems Corporation.
