Student Advantage Heads Back to School with New Savings for Students
Launches Microsoft Special Edition Student Advantage Card

Boston, August 4, 2005 - Student Advantage, LLC, purveyor of the nation's premier student discount program, today announced new national partners for the Student Advantage Discount Program. The new partners will join an already robust roster of more than 35 top brands and thousands of local businesses surrounding college campuses that offer ongoing discounts to Student Advantage's Cardholders.

Joining the program this year are Target.com with 10% off online orders; XE Mobile with 15% off initial service, products and accessories; and eMusic, with an initial 100 free downloads offer, plus additional offers throughout the year. They join with new and existing discount partners that include: Amtrak, Greyhound, UrbanOutfitters.com, Eastern Mountain Sports, AllPosters.com, drugstore.com Inc., Foot Locker, 1-800-FLOWERS.com and Loews Cineplex Entertainment.

Also announced today, Student Advantage and Microsoft are working together to offer students a Microsoft Special Edition Student Advantage Card. Set to be offered on nearly 500 campuses this fall, the Special Edition Card will have all the same benefits of the standard Student Advantage Card, plus additional offers on Microsoft software throughout the year.

Student Advantage offers a fee-based membership program providing college students with exclusive discounts and partner benefits of up to 50% off at more than 20,000 discount locations nationwide. This year, the Company expects to reach nearly 200,000 paid members on campuses across the country.
