Terms and Conditions
Exclusive Offer: These roundtrip fares are valid for Student Advantage Members only. Members may be asked to show a valid Membership Card at the airport prior to boarding their flight. Ticketing: Reservations must be made prior to ticket issuance. Tickets must be purchased at least 14 days in advance of travel and within 24 hours of making reservation and by March 1, 2003. To redeem, enter a valid Student Advantage card number on the Continental U.S. Zone Fare page at studentadvantage.com and link to usairways.com. Tickets must be purchased online at usairways.com and electronic ticketing through usairways.com is required. Offer is limited to the purchase of up to 6 roundtrip tickets per Reservation. If more than one passenger, all must travel together in the same class and itinerary. If changes are made, all tickets must be presented together. Valid Routing: Travel must be via a valid route, originating in the Continental U.S. to any destination served in the Continental U.S. and must begin and end in the same city. Enroute stopovers are not permitted. Open jaw and circle trips are not permitted. Fare Rules: A Saturday overnight stay is required. Travel valid beginning January 3, 2003 and must be completed within 30 days of departure and by April 30, 2003. Fares are subject to change without notice. Add $20 roundtrip for fares for Florida travel between 2/15 and 4/30. This offer does not include first class travel. Rates are only applicable on qualifying tickets in certain fare classes in coach. Blackout Dates: Systemwide for 2002: Dec 20-21, 28-29. Systemwide for 2003: Jan 4-5, 12; Feb 14-17. Taxes: The listed fares include the 7.5% U.S. federal transportation excise tax. At the time of ticketing or enplanement, all passengers are responsible for payment of up to $52 in additional government-imposed taxes, fees, and surcharges comprised of: 1) a $3 federal excise tax imposed on each flight segment of the itinerary - a flight segment is defined as a takeoff and a landing; 2) passenger facility charges of $3 to $18 depending on the itinerary; and 3) the September 11th Security Fee of up to $10 per itinerary. Specific taxes, fees, and surcharges may vary due to itineraries and/or statutory or regulatory changes. Dividend Miles®: Dividend Miles members will accrue miles for this offer. Student Advantage members are eligible to earn the applicable Student Advantage Dividend Miles online booking bonus for this offer. Valid Carrier: Valid on US Airways® and the US Airways Shuttle®. Changes/Refunds: Tickets become nonrefundable 24 hours after making initial reservation, and under certain conditions may be changed for a minimum $100 fee. If changes are not made prior to midnight of the departure date of each flight, the entire remaining ticket will have no further value. Other Important Notes: Lower fares may be available in some markets. Fares may not be available for all flights/routes/markets. Flight schedules are subject to change.
